Product purchased from Headsetsindia.com that are requested for return within 7 days of dispatch are eligible for full refund, deducting the freight charges as applicable in case of returning the product with all the accessories.
The customer will only receive the refund for the shipping charges, if the return is a result of our error. We do not replace or exchange the Products which have been purchased. Our customer can only receive the refund. Moreover, can only return items that have been received.
