Service and Warranty Information
|
Jabra products from GN Netcom are designed and manufactured in accordance with strict
quality standards and should, with a minimum of care, give many years of satisfactory
service. In the unlikely event that need for repair or replacement should arise,
either within or outside the warranty period, prompt service is available. The following
guidelines will ensure an early return of your product.

Warranty

Limited Warranty
|

|
|
GN Netcom warrants the Jabra products against all defects in material and workmanship
for a period of two years from the date of purchase. During the warranty period
authorized service partner of Jabra, Innova Telecom Pvt. Ltd. Customer Support
team will repair or replace without charge any product found to be defective under
normal installation, use and service.

|
The warranty, however, does not cover:
|
|
|
- Items subject to wear and tear with normal usage, for example, ear tips, ear plates,
cords and packaging material.
- Products which have been subject to misuse, or use in a non-approved manner, or
modified without the written consent of Innova Telecom Pvt. Ltd.
- Damage which directly or indirectly has been caused by the use of unauthorized replacement
parts and/or service performed by unauthorized personnel
- Damage resulting from accidents, abuse, incorrect use, incorrect installation, or
unauthorized modification; consequential or resulting liability damage; injury or
loss whichever way it may arise.
- Headsets where the serial number Tag is tampered with or removed.

Repair of Out of Warranty Products
|
|
|
Repair/replacement of out of warranty products will be accepted on an agreed upon
chargeable basis.
The estimated leadtime for repair will be extended within two working days and in
case of non approval of the same, the products will be shipped back at the cost
of the end user or can be collected back from Innova Telecom’s repair centres.

Repairs
|
|
|
Innova Telecom Pvt. Ltd. extends a repair lead-time of 48 hours excluding transit
time. Warranty validity will be verified at Innova Telecom’s Tech Support centre.
Repair and services for out of warranty products is chargeable. Faulty headsets
will be repaired and returned to the customer for further use at their site. Innova
Telecom Pvt. Ltd. has fully equipped regional customer support centers at eight
key locations across India.
Note :- Customer have to take the faulty headsets at their own cost to the
nearest service centre. |
